Overview

Modern publisher of 3-D comic books and reprints. Also responsible for many of the other 3-D comic books in the late 1980's and early 1990's. "Distributed" by Renegade Press in 1987 and at least until Feb. 1988. Ray Zone started the company to convert flat, existing images into 3-D, make 3-D glasses, and do 3-D printing. He started the wave of 3-D comic books published in the 1980s.

  • To publish "Battle for a Three Dimensional World" by Jack Kirby. - CBG#781, Nov. 4, 1988, pg 32 ad.- Did this ever come out? A reprint of the 1982 story? Not on Ray Zone's web page in 1999.
  • 3-D Zone issues #22-24 were listed as coming out in the future in CBG#822 pg 54. They never did.
  • Planned on publishing "The Deep Deep Sleep" by Steve Vance in 1989. Do not believe this ever came out. (AH #162, Includes the cover of this book which never was published.)
