School Details (Add Schools button)

Entering information about schools in this database field will be limited to schools where a creator received some training in their artistic profession, and would not include unrelated schools. Note that unrelated schools can be entered in the creator notes or bio.

Pressing this button will open several additional fields. You can fill these in as follows:

• School - choose a school name from the drop-down list or enter a new school name.
• Year Began - you may enter the year that the named person began attending this school. (see Year / Month / Date Fields)
• Year Ended - you may enter the year that the named person stopped attending this school. (see Year / Month / Date Fields)
• Year Began Uncertain / Year Ended Uncertain - if you are uncertain of either of these, check the appropriate "Uncertain" box. (see Year / Month / Date Fields)
• Sources - You can also enter the source of your data; see instructions on the Sources Fields page.

These fields are all optional to fill in.

NOTE: At this time, you cannot add more schools to the drop-down list. This function will be added in a later revision. For now, please send additional schools needed to the Tech list ([email protected] ) and they will add them on the back end.
