- We record the years from the publication dates (not on-sale dates) of the first and last issue of a series
- Series Year Began (Years of Publication, first field).
- Required field
- Format: 4 digit year of the first issue of the series.
- Unknown Series Began date: If the date of the first issue is unknown, enter a best guess. This field will not accept anything but a four-digit number. This field will be allowed to be left empty if the 'Year Began Uncertain' checkbox is checked.
- Series Year Ended (Years of Publication, second field)
- Required field, if series has ended
- Format: 4 digit year of the last issue of the series.
