3.7: Publication Dates

                 1.15.1 Required field, though this field is not used in tab-separated indexing 

1.15.2 This field is for the beginning and ending publication dates of the series, with a space-dash-space in between.

1.15.3 This field includes the complete date information of the first and last issue of the series, not just the year(s) of publication.

1.15.4 If there is only one issue of a series, this field will only have one date.

1.15.5 If the series is currently being published, this field's second element will be "Present"

1.15.6 Examples:

           May 1960 - August-September 1967
           December 1954-January 1955 - June 1959
           1980
           [March] 1993 - [May] 1993
           January 2007 - Present
