Issues with a Keydate before 1700-01-01 where one of the credit field contains the letter "e"

Same as above but containing the letter "a"

Issues with a coverdate that has the number 1 in it with a KeyDate before 1700-01-01 (to capture comics published before 2000)

Issues with a coverdate that has the number 2 in it with a KeyDate before 1700-01-01 (to capture comics published since 2000)
